cats covered litter tray

No matter how clean you keep your cat litter it only needs your cat to use it to stink out your house.  Traditional litter trays don’t do anything to keep the horrific smell contained unlike this litter tray with a hood, flap and most importantly a filter to deal with that horrid smell.  So if your wondering if covered litter trays are better for containing the smell compared to their non covered counter parts, yes they are as long as you change the litter regularly.

One of the other good points about this enclosed litter tray is that it really doesn’t matter how much your cat tries they just won’t be able to throw the litter out of the tray.

My other favourite feature is that because it’s got a cover, you don’t have to face looking at the cat litter every time you walk past which is great for a cat owner but even better for a house guest.  I know when I have people over I worry that the cat litter smells and how unsightly the tray is and this covered litter tray with put an end to that.

Since this litter tray is less then £15, I think it’s a great bargain especially if it deals with the horrible smell my youngest cat Poppy creates.

I’ll be buying one of these cat litter trays soon, let me know if you are too or if you already have one, what do you think of them.

If you’re unsure whether this litter tray would be right for you, you can read the reviews here and make your own mind up.
