I came across this when looking for a larger cat scratching tree for my 3 cats and it seemed perfect for those cat owners who don’t necessarily have the floor space for a traditional cat scratching post.  This is a wall mounted scratch post so you could put it on the back of a door and encourage your cat to scratch it.  For those who have cat who scratch the wall paper try mounting it over the place they like to scratch, once you get them used to it you can always move it to a less obvious place.  You could even attach it to a table leg if that’s what your cat prefers to scratch.

I think it’s great because this wall mounted scratch post has a dual purpose, it’s great for those cat owners tight on space and for those owners who’s cat scratches the walls or hard furniture.
